Hi, I’m Frazer. I’m a NSCA Strength & Conditioning Rehab Coach and Personal Trainer.
After 6 years of experience I’ve founded FP-PT to clients transform their lives through fitness. Based at Wokingham Leisure Centre, I specialize in injury rehabilitation, athletic performance, and weight loss.
My background in competitive Powerlifting, with experience at both national and international levels, drives my passion for helping others improve their strength, overcome pain, and reach their full potential!

I came to Frazer to help manage my osteopenia, and rebuild after a large slipped disc l5/s1 with bad nerve compression back in 2017. I was living with chronic intermittent low back pain and had no experience in using a gym. With his safe, respectful, collaborative approach and brilliant rehabilitative mind, Frazer has helped me to overcome my own limiting beliefs about strength training and empowered me to improve my functional day to day strength, completely rehab my back and future proof my health. His flexible approach focuses on what I need on any given day with an educational aspect about physiology and theories behind our training, I leave each session feeling taken care of and safe in the gym but also empowered and encouraged to do more than I think I’m capable of, making me smile in every session!
